A lightweight visitor website
This website does not provide accounts, a newsletter form, a payment form, or an online donation checkout. No advertising scripts have been added to the site code. Google Analytics is described below. The hosting service may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website.
The atmosphere control saves a preference in your browser’s local storage so your animation choice can be remembered. It does not send that preference to us. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data settings. Your device’s reduced-motion preference is respected automatically. You can enable the atmosphere manually with the motion control. Decorative cemetery artwork is original fictional artwork; it is separate from the real display photographs.
Website analytics and your choice
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, popular pages, and actions such as clicking directions, opening gallery photos, or following our Instagram links. Google Analytics may store cookies to distinguish visits and processes technical information about your browser and use of this website. Our tracking code does not send names, email addresses, or form responses, and advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Analytics runs only on our official website. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting. You can also turn analytics off on this browser using the control below; your choice is saved in local storage. Read Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s processing.
Instagram and external media
Instagram players are embedded on the homepage, gallery, and film room and use lazy loading. When a player loads, your browser connects to Instagram, whose own privacy and cookie practices apply. Each film includes a direct link to the original post if the player cannot load or you prefer to open it separately.
The gallery photographs are from the official Hills of Unrest Instagram account and are labeled as October 2024 archive material. Their sources are linked beside the images. Archive media does not establish the exact arrangement of the 2026 display.
Directions and other websites
Directions links open Google Maps. Guide pages also link to independently operated attractions and public sources. Those services have their own privacy policies, schedules, and visitor terms. We do not control their content.
